Hideout Gallery Terms of Use

Although availability may be indicated on the Hideout Gallery website, we cannot guarantee art print availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all art prints or to cancel any order. Products and services posted on this site may not be available in all geographic locations.

From time to time there may be information on Hideout Gallery that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).  Any dispute arising from website use shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of MA. As a user or member you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Hideout Gallery harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Hideout Gallery website.

All sales are final, no refunds accepted. However exchange requests are granted within 30 days from shipment in the case of a defective print. However, we require that customers notify Hideout Gallery (info@hideoutgallery.com) of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Art prints must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and the printed receipt.


Note that mere ownership of a purchased photograph does not convey any right to copy or to use the work other than for personal use. For instance, a painting can be hung in a home or office but, absent permission, it cannot be copied, reproduced or used for any other purposes. Nor can any of the logos or digital image of photographs on the Hideout Gallery website be copied for public or commercial purposes without express written consent. Any communication or material transmitted to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or similar type of information is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Furthermore, the law provides that the transfer of ownership of any material object that is protected by copyright, does not of itself, convey any rights to the copyright. For example, the purchaser of a copyrighted photograph, painting or poster, intended for display purposes, does not acquire any right to copy, reproduce or use the work other than for its intended purpose.

In regard to tax, City and state sales taxes are collected, except when shipped out of state of Massachusetts. The buyer assumes all responsible for all state taxes if applicable to the order.


We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Hideout Gallery website and are not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other websites linked to our website. Distribution, transmission, modification, copy, reproduction or any type of use of the content on the Hideout Gallery website for public or commercial purposes including, without limitation, the text, images, audio, video and source code is prohibited without our written permission.
